Hooray! We made it- Happy 'Rule of  6' day everyone! How are we all feeling about it? I'm not going to lie, I'm apprehensive but I met a friend for a walk today and it was just the tonic I needed. We walked through town after school drop off and got coffee then walked down the local canal where it was nice and quiet. I was pleased to see that town wasn't too busy. I anticipated that a change in rules may have sent people crazy, thinking they could do what they want but so far so good.

Iris is at school this week as they don't break up for the Easter holidays until Thursday in our area. She's been very excited going into school this week as they are hatching ducklings! I'm following the schools parents page like it's a soap opera- I'm very investing in these chicks. So far Quack-Quack and Fluffy have hatched and they are so cute. I fully anticipate Iris wanting to bring one home. I'll have to keep an ear out for mysterious 'cheeps' coming from her school bag!

  2. Oh my gosh those ducklings are beautiful! Like you, I'm apprehensive about the changes but we're being sensible and sticking to the rules and not doing things just because we're allowed. Everything in moderation! x

Thank you for supporting me on my journey to raise awareness about mothers on the autistic spectrum. We do exist, we just need people to know we do!
